Intensive Outpatient Program

Intensive Outpatient Program for Mood & Anxiety

A Virtual Solution for Those Who Need More Mental Health Support

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are specifically designed for patients who need more support than individual counselling but less than residential treatment. Our Mood and Anxiety IOP is for individuals with mild-to-moderate anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma trauma symptoms, and uses the most effective therapeutic methods.

This 8-week program will provide you with a wide variety of skills to help manage your depression or anxiety. With nine hours of therapy per week, the program consists of four two-hour group sessions and a one-hour individual therapy session each week, all taking place online.

Once you complete the program, you get one weekly group therapy session for the rest of the year. This will help you stay well and continue to practice the skills you learned during your program.

The program includes:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
  • Behavioural Activation Therapy (BA)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Individual Psychotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Homework
  • Family Program
  • 10 months of aftercare group meetings following program completion

With continuous enrolment, you can start the program anytime. We take new clients every Monday.

**We are currently taking registrations for this program. The first days of the program is scheduled for September 8, 2020

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is often the starting place for those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma. Through our counselling sessions, you’ll receive the support you need from a caring and compassionate counsellor in your own home. In your individual session, you can explore the deeper issues surrounding your mental health problems.
